These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GamerSocial UK website and the free social games made available on it (collectively, the "Service"), operated by GamerSocial UK ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing GamerSocial UK, confirming your age, or playing any game, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy & Cookies Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form a single agreement between you and us.

2. Eligibility and age

The Service is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to use GamerSocial UK. When you first visit, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 or older. By confirming, you represent that this statement is true.

  • We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe a user is under 18.

3. Nature of the service — not gambling

GamerSocial UK is a free-to-play entertainment platform. All games are casino-style social games played exclusively with virtual coins that have no monetary value.

  • No real money is ever required, accepted or paid out on this Service.
  • No real prizes, cash or items of value can be won.
  • Virtual coins cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred or converted into money, goods or any other thing of value.
  • Because there is no payment of money or money's worth to participate, and nothing of value can be won, we consider that the Service does not constitute gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 of the United Kingdom.

The Service is provided purely for amusement. Any resemblance to real-money products is stylistic only.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a feature of the Service used to keep score and track progress. They are licensed to you for use within the games only and remain our property.

  • You receive a starting balance of 1,000 virtual coins for each game at no cost.
  • If your balance reaches zero, you may refill back to 1,000 virtual coins for free at any time.
  • Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be sold, gifted, withdrawn or transferred between users or accounts.
  • We may adjust, reset or remove virtual coin balances at any time, for example for technical maintenance.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree not to:

  • Use the Service if you are under 18 or otherwise not permitted to do so;
  • Attempt to tamper with, reverse engineer, or manipulate game outcomes, code or stored data;
  • Use bots, scripts or automated means to interact with the games;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that harms us or other users.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Service, including game designs, graphics, text, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to GamerSocial UK and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. You may not copy, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it running smoothly, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the Service, and may end your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
